*Abstract: Zestar!┬« Brand, Minnewashta apple variety is an early season apple with a sweet-tart taste. Unlike other early season apple varieties which are usually soft or mealy, Zestar! apples have a light, crisp, crunchy texture. Zestar! apples ripen in late August to early September. They have an extended storage life and will maintain their taste and texture for two months in refrigeration. Zestar! apples are very hardy and grow well in USDA Hardiness Zones 3 and 4.
