- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food article that prevents collagen reduction, eyesight reduction, and blood glucose level rising or the like accompanying aging of a human body; and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A jelly collagen is heated, liquefied, mixed with purple yam and a powder of mulberry leaves, thereby eyesight reduction by aging can be prevented because it includes a component of the purple yam. Moreover, absorption action of carbohydrates and sugars of the purple yam can be suppressed because it includes a component of the mulberry leaves. Further, flavonoids and dietary fibers included in the mulberry leaves lower cholesterol levels and neutral fat, LDL cholesterol is prevented from being oxidized by active oxygen, and arterial sclerosis is prevented. The γ aminobutyric acid (GABA) included in the mulberry leaves prevents rising of blood pressure. Collagen that reduces with age can be ingested from a component of pig's trotters. The collagen can be used as liquid dressing and sauce without limiting it to a jelly one.
