- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed-direction rotation windmill capable of stably taking out wind power as a rotary motive force with a simple mechanism regardless of a meteorological condition.SOLUTION: Wind power vanes 10 having an "open convex polygon shape" in a cross-section orthogonal to a shaft 2 and constituted so that a convex surface of the convex polygon is configured in a manner so as to be openable/closable, are arranged in multiple levels in a point-symmetrical manner around a rotating axle 1 via the shaft 2, in a radial shape and equally dividing a circle circumference in n pieces of sections. The outer end of the shaft 2 is fixed to a cylindrical box frame rotating body 20, and the center of the cylindrical box frame rotating body 20 is fixed/supported by the rotating axle 1.
