- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly functional health food prepared by highly activating physiological activity which a health food material has, so as to make the material exhibit the physiological activity equal to or more active than that conventionally exhibited by the material, even when an amount smaller than a conventionally effective amount is used.SOLUTION: This highly functional health food comprises a mixture prepared by mechanically dispersing and treating the health food material and a phospholipid derived from a natural product, wherein the health food material comprises at least one kind selected from an extract of basidiomycetes, fucoidan, and an extract of turmeric and the phospholipid derived from the natural product comprises at least one kind selected from an egg yolk phospholipid and a soybean phospholipid.
