- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating hole tool for discharging inside air to the outside without stay while preventing the intrusion of small animals and rainwater to the inside.SOLUTION: The ventilating hole tool having a cylindrical body and a hood fixed to an outside end of the cylindrical body is disposed in a ventilation hole connecting the inside and the outside of a building wall. An inner cylinder constituting the cylindrical body includes a propeller-shaped communicating hole rotating counterclockwise as viewed from the inside, and the communicating hole also orients the flow of air flowing into the ventilating hole tool to the outside without a change as much as possible.
