热浸镀铝(Hot dip aluminizing )是一种高效的防护镀层。它不仅具有光泽的表面和良好的耐侯性,而且还具有优良的耐H2S、Na2S等强腐蚀剂的腐蚀,同时具有良好的耐高温氧化,耐渗碳,耐磨及对光和热的反射性能等。热浸镀铝钢还具有钢的机械强度和良好的韧性。因此,人们称热浸镀铝钢铁是一种具有综合性能与特殊性能于一体的复合金属材料。长期以来,钢铁表面热浸镀铝一直是国内外研究和发展的热门技术。目前只有少数工业发达国家较好地掌握。由于热浸镀铝镀层具有多方面的优良性能,其工艺亦具有技术经济方面的诸多长处,镀层所防护的是用量最多、用途最广的金属材料一一钢铁,经过热浸镀铝的钢材既是一种高效钢材,又是钢材深加工产品,在石油、化工、冶金、机械、轻工、交通、建筑、电力、通讯航空、太阳能、近海工程等领域中具有广阔的应用前景。
Hot dip aluminizing provides a high performance protective coating that has glossy finish, is resistant to weather, strong corrosives (e.g. H2S and Na2S), high temperature, oxidation, carburizing and wear, and shows light and heat reflection property. Hot dip aluminized strip also demonstrates high mechanical strength and toughness. To this end, hot dip aluminized strip is called a composite metal material integrating general and special properties. Steel surface hot dip aluminizing has long been a research and development interest in China and foreign countries but is owned by a few of industrially developed countries. As hot dip aluminizing coating demonstrates extensive superior performances, employs process with technological and economic competitiveness, and protects the most versatile and mostly consumed metal material – steel, and hot dip aluminized strip is a high efficient steel and a deep-processed steel product, this technology has a wide range of potential applications in oil, chemical, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, transportation, construction, electric power, communication, aviation, solar power, offshore project, and other areas.

近年来, 热镀铝钢带用于含硫高温气体中, 代替某些不锈钢获得成功, 而且效果优于18-8不锈钢, 使热镀铝钢带的应用越来越广泛。
In recent years, application of hot dip aluminized strip has been further enlarged as it can be used in sulfur-contained hot gas in lieu of certain stainless steels and provides better performance 18/8 stainless steel.
