High Efficient Far Infrared (FIR) Functional Textile
- Detailed Technology Description
- The project has developed a phyiscal method as opposed to the conventional chemical method to develop high-efficient far-infrared (FIR) functional textiles. In order to achieve its optimal result of production, adjustments of variables such as fiber brightness, finesse, linear shape, cross-section shape and drawing method were made. Not only is it eco-friendly, but also cost-competitive at the same time. This technology presents a high-technology, value-added and useful textile product to increase the competitive capacity of the Hong Kong textile and fashion industry and business, by filling in the traditional product gap.
