Summary

Mr. Giorgio Ferri was a gifted designer with great personal charisma. He had penetrating insight into the fashion trend. His designs were uncompromising and full of pleasant surprises. In 1980 Mr. Ferri marketed leather goods under the trademark of GIORGIO FERRI (GF). GF soon became an instant success and was awarded ¡§The Best Design of The Year¡¨, by the international fashion icon, Vogue Pelle of Vogue Magazine in 1983.

In 1985, GF fashion and accessories were launched. The first GF Flagship store was then established in Brescia, Italy. By the 90s, the number of GF boutiques had expended to 64 in Italy.

In the 90s, GF started to expand into the international markets by establishing retail outlets in major cities in Europe and North America. In 1998, GF ventured into the Asian market and the first stops were South Korea and Japan. Currently GF products include men¡¦s and ladies fashion, shoes, sport apparels, underwear, children¡¦s wear, leather coats, leather goods and watches.

GF handbags collection was launched in YMK group chain stores in Hong Kong in 2009.
