超声心动图检查不仅能探测心脏结构的形态,而且可以直观形象地显示血流动力学改变,在心血管疾病诊断上具有重要价值。但是,常规经胸壁超声心动图检查常因肺气肿、肥胖、胸壁畸形和肋骨的阻碍,约有20cYo的患者不能获得满意的图像,致使诊断受到限制。经食管超声心动图为心脏超声检查开辟了新的窗口,由于探头能近距离扫查心脏深部结构,显示出清晰的图像,使心脏疾患的诊断敏感性与特异性均有所提高,因而受到临床的高度重视。目前不但常用于对心脏疾病的诊断,而且,对于心脏手术中的超声监护(如心脏外科开胸手术以及心脏内科对于结构性心脏病的介入手术),大部分都采用经食管途径。然而经食管超声心动图检查涉及到探头的消毒。目前常规.....
