Detailed Technology Description

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool having a simple and inexpensive configuration for detachment and dismantlement of a concrete form.SOLUTION: An auxiliary tool 10 for detachment and dismantlement of a concrete form consists of a washer 11 and a single track wire 12. A bolt through-hole 13 having a size nearly equal to or larger than a separate fastening hole of the concrete form is formed in the washer 11. Two wire insertion holes 15 are formed at positions facing each other with the bolt through-hole 13 therebetween in a collar part 14 around the bolt through-hole 13, and both end parts 12a and 12b of the single track wire 12 bent into two are inserted into the wire insertion holes 15 respectively. The tips of both of the end parts 12a and 12b are pressed and crushed or struck and crushed to form plate-like parts 12a-1 and 12b-1 having a width larger than the diameter of the wire insertion hole 15 of the washer 11, respectively. The washer 11 accompanied by the concrete form is separated from a concrete by pulling the single track wire 12 by a lever or the like when dismantling the concrete form.
