Anti-O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) Monoclonal Antibodies (23 lines)
These mouse monoclonalantibodies were generated against a synthetic three-component O-linkedN-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) immunogen and recognizes GluNAcpepetide/O-GlcNAc. Suitable for ELISA and Western Blot applications. The study of O-GlcNAc,a ubiquitous translation and transcription regulator which is found in a widevariety of proteins, is of great relevance to multiple chronic human andveterinary diseases. These include diabetes (and its effects in the heart, kidneys and eyes), cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative disordersinvolving both plaque and tangle formation, inflammatory processes, liverdisease, fibrosis, metabolic disorders and cancer. There is fast growingcollection of evidence that O-GlcNAcylation plays a pivotal role in epigenetics. This a 23 Mab panel was developedspecifically to study the diverse roles of O-GlcNAc and that can be employedfor detection, isolation, and site localization.
