Cantilever Ratchet Valve
Only requires power to change the state of the valve from open to close or vice versa. Requires no power to maintain the valve in an open or closed position. Can support much higher pressures than a bubble valve.
Valves are an important part of any fluid system. The cantilever ratchet valve is easily fabricated and can be used in any microfluidics application.
