SPOKED WHEEL ASSEMBLIES
The Spoked wheel assemblies comprising of the rim, spokes and multiple parts hub according to the patent where the parts are systematically assembled together to form a firm solid and locked assembly wheel together with the spokes and rim, a stronger, smarter and more durable assembly than the current market product today.
The rim hole for fitting the spoke is reinforced around the hole to accommodate this new stronger single solid threadless spoke on a close fit assembly.
This spoked wheel assembly makes for a stronger, smarter and therefore more durable wheel than the current market wheels.
The conventional spoke wheel has fatigue prone areas that one can see as flaws in the wheel design listed below:
1-the elbow of the spoke stem (sharp bend)
2-the threads at the nipple end (sharp threads)
3-the nipples caps themselves (not re-enforced or robust enough)
4-the spoke hole in the rim (not re-enforced or robust enough)
My design eliminates them.
