A casing structure and function changing method thereof are disclosed. The casing structure has a casing space divided by a partition layer into a first space and a second space. The first space is provided for accommodating an electronic apparatus like a laptop computer while the second space is provided for storing a telescopic support legs that are pivotally attached to the partition member. The telescopic legs comprise a extension engagement system comprising a spring member that can extend through hole of an inner cylinder and which engages with a notch on complementary locking member of the outer cylinder section. The notch has a sliding groove extending there from to assist disengagement of the sections for retraction.
