- The present disclosure is concerned with identifying the sub-set of the population for whom the maintenance of healthy blood lipid profiles can be helped by modification of diet and/or consumption of nutritional supplements.

In particular, the present disclosure relates to methods for analyzing the genetic profiles of individuals harboring specific and unique combinations of SNPs at different specific loci that are predictive of response to different macro and micro-nutrients, and nutritional supplements, and developing personalized diet and nutritional supplement regimens for these individuals.
