- The invention consists of a laser microscopy system builtusing a specially-designed microscope equipped with long working distance infinity-correctedobjectives. The system allows to performhigh-resolution laser micro-spectroscopy analysis for samples mounted in hot,cold, high-pressure, vacuum, fluidic or electrochemistry chambers.
