- 详细技术说明
- Researchers at the University of California, Santa Barbara have developed a wavelength-division-multiplexed array of long wavelength vertical cavity lasers, pumped by a short-wavelength optical pump. The wavelengths of the lasers in the array are easily tuned through bias. This device is applicable to optical communications.
