- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution containing a boron compound at high concentration, the boron compound being useful as an incombustible component, and also to provide a technique to suppress deposition of a boron compound in the aqueous solution including the compound.SOLUTION: An aqueous solution of a boron compound is prepared by combining boric acid and a sodium tetraborate pentahydrate, as a boron compound contained in an incombustible composition, to be dissolved into a solvent such as water.
