The novelty as against the known solutions is the control of the light which pass through the window, windshield etc.. by parts. For instance, like a window roller which lay down or up, or from left to right side. Imagine an auto window, windshield etc.. is getting darker, and with a switcher you may control the "curtain" to lay down or up etc...
