The system combines a three-axis motion control and an amplifier as a high integrated model. It comprises an upper motion controller board, a middle amplifier board, and a lower heat sinking board. Two digital control loops of outer position loop and inner current loop are designed for four KHz and 20 KHz frequencies. A user friendly interface is provided.
