A1to A4 are each independently a substituent group represented by general formula (2).) (In formula( 2), D is a divalent organic group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms. E+ is a quaternary ammonium group or quaternaryphosphonium group having 3 to 60 carbon atoms. X is a halogen atom.)
