Composition for inducing increase of formation of biologically active compounds in plants and use thereof
In the present invention, there are disclosed novel, environment friendly a non- toxic compositions containing plant stress hormones, their derivatives and titanium compounds. These compositions, after being applied to plants in the form of spraying to leaves, induce in the entire intact plants increase of amount of pharmacologically significant products of secondary metabolism. These compositions exhibit high efficiency in increase of content of some phenolic substances in extract of the Echinacea purpurea L. (Moench.) plant. Increase in the volume of secondary metabolites in plants can be employed in agriculture and pharmaceutical industry for efficient preparation of pharmacologically significant compounds.
