- USF inventors have developed an alternative hanging system that utilizes the butterfly style drywall anchor combined with a monofilament. The novel invention removes the rail apparatus altogether and allows for a nearly invisible hanging system which eliminates distractions to the display of art and the architecture that houses it. This system also has an extremely low cost due to its relative simplicity and can be installed in the ceiling or wall.
