Monoclonal Antibodies Against Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF-α; 3 lines)
- 詳細技術說明
- Applications Tumor necrosis factor is a cell signaling protein orcytokine that is involved in inflammation, and specifically one of the proteinsin the acute phase reaction. TNF is produced mainly by macrophages but otherwhite cells too. Some of its roles are to induce fever, apoptotic cell death, inhibit tumorigenesis and inflammation. Diseases associated with dysregulationof TNF production include inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Psoriasis,Alzheimer's and cancer. Validated for use in WB and ELISA. Some cross-reactivity observed with rHTNFα. None with nETNFß, nMTNFα, rMTNFß and rPTNFα
