- Disclosed is a novelantischistosomal agent, more specifically a novel substance capable ofinhibiting the proliferation of a schistosome in vivo to prevent the onset of a hepatic disordercaused by an egg of the schistosome when infected by the schistosome. The novel antischistosomal agent compnses a peroxide derivatives represented by general formula (Ⅰ) as an active ingredient. [In the formula, C represents analicyclic hydrocarbonring group which may be substituted; and n represents an integer of 1 to 6.]
