18F-Fluorodeoxyglycosylamines PET Imaging Agents
- 詳細技術說明
- Brain amyloid plaques are one of the hallmark, pathological features of Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and maybe detected using Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scan images of the brain. Researchers at the University of California, Irvine have developed a new 18F-fluordeoxyglycosylamine radiotracer that may be used to help diagnose AD by imaging beta-amyloid plaques in the brain.
