Molecularly Sensitive Ultrasound Contrast Agent
Ultrasound imaging or sonography is a non invasive method for acquiring images from inside the human body utilizing high-frequency sound waves. Ultrasound imaging is routinely used in obstetrics and gynecology, but also finds other biomedical imaging applications including, for example; examination of pelvic and abdominal organs as well as heart and blood vessels.
