A new robotic surgical system which is scaleable and can be used on patients of any age or size, including paediatrics and foetuses. The system accommodates multiple surgical instruments that can be used at the same time. Compared with existing systems, this new robotic system is lightweight, modular and flexible. It has a dedicated table on which the patient can be slid into position. We seek a partner to develop and exploit this technology.
