The inventors have developed a novel system to perfuse tissue-engineered tubular grafts (TETGs). The system consists of a cost-effective bioreactor that was designed in order to homogeneously perfuse tubular constructs by creating a continuous flow of media into their lumen. In the initial phase, the flow of the culture is dynamic without generating the forces of shear stress which minimizes cell loss.Application* Any tissue engineering application involving 3D tubular contstructs such as blood vessels, urethra, nerves, airways, bowels, etc. Advantages* Simple* Cost-effective* Minimal maintanance* Minimal user interaction* Fluid dynamically efficientAvailable as a research tool
