PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively powdering acetic acid vinegar or organic acid vinegar without causing its deterioration.SOLUTION: A spray drying with vehicle addition following concentrating any one of various kinds of vinegar in advance results in production cost reduction because reduced-pressure concentration cost is lower than that of spray drying alone.
