- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fixing structure of a partial denture or full denture which is capable of surely and stably fixing the denture by using an obscure and transparent plastic material without using unsightly metal to induce a metal allergy, is light in weight and is less bulky and can reduce the stimuli to be imparted to the gingiva and a method of making for the same.SOLUTION: The partial denture fixed in the oral cavity has a pair of inner and outer grasping means 7 and 7 fixed to a denture base (d) fixing an artificial tooth, At least the outer grasping means 7 thereof consists of the transparent plastic and is formed to such a concavely curved surface 8 which envelops a convexly curving surface 6 on the outer side of the dental crown part of the natural tooth.
