作为一根老油条，外表光滑，性格狡猾，办事圆滑，是他的特点。懒懒散散，坐时翘二郎腿摇动拖鞋，站立时总找东西依靠；爱装成专家的样子发表意见；害怕时躲在其他队员身后。然而所有表象的背后万金其实也是个武功高手，虽然贪小便宜的毛病总是让他为伙伴诟病，也时常因此使团队陷入困境。不过万金就是万金，好多次他的狡猾还是给伙伴们帮了大忙的。
