The present invention relates to a pyridine carboxylic acid as a ligand for Oxo acid, acetic anhydride positive ions bimetallic catalysts. The catalyst is pyridine carboxylic acid ion activity center with Rh (I) the formation of chelate-type square planar cis-dicarbonyl ligand structure, pyridine carboxylic acid anion and reactive species as rare earth metals La, Ce, Nd coordination structure. Since the special structure of the complex synergy between the metal of the catalyst in the catalytic synthesis of methanol carbonylation acetic acid, methyl acetate carbonylation reaction of acetic anhydride, exhibit excellent activity. Among them, the space-time yield of acetic acid up to 40mol / L · h or more, the highest yield of acetic anhydride and space than 10mol / L · h.
