This invention aims to improve excitation techniques by introducing novel means of exciting a multi-layer planar winding structure. An excitation current is injected into the respective layers at different phase angles which should be out of phase with each other by regular intervals. Multiple electromagnetic fields will be created on the charging platform, generating flux lines that flow like water fountains.
