It only requires a simple circuit reconnection to the compensator. The operating principle of the compensation method is based on the use of a linear-type voltage source connecting in series, with the regulator’s output capacitor to inject the required voltage to compensate the output voltage fluctuation. To compensate the transient waveform fluctuation, the steady-state and transient power rating of the compensator is very low. The compensator is applied to a practical buck regulator with a type-III controller.
