Non-invasion prenatal monitoring
The present invention relates to the detection of fetus or mother body RNA with the blood sample of pregnant woman, and through the test, analysis indexes of the fetus or the mother body for indicating the state or characteristic of the fetus or the mother body are obtained. For example, the RNA analysis of the blood sample of the mother can evaluate the expression mode of the gene of the prenatal fetus. In a specific embodiment, the prenatal monitoring technology is based on that fetus-originated RNA circulation is found in the blood plasma of the pregnant woman. In general, the detection method of the serum or plasma sample of pregnant woman includes the detection of RNA from fetal or the mother body in the sample.
