總結: This patent offers a new maritime vessel’s monitoring method with multi-information integration and fusion, especially integration and fusion with the COMPASS/Beidou information. This method could verify the GPS and AIS real-time location information by COMPASS/Beidou short message, to avoid the GPS signal disturbs or intentionally misleading. And it also built a new information transferring model to offer the real-time vessel monitoring with cheap and totally independent COMPASS/Beidou satellite short message communication channel, and could enhance the GPS and AIS signals positioning usages on marine environment.
