This project developed an advanced infotainment system in compliance with MOST-150 standard
The MOST-150 infotainment network platform including one main unit and a number of user terminals. The main unit can transmit movies, music, travel information, radio navigation information and digital TV to each terminal
The main unit reference hardware platform major components include Freescale i.MX35 processor, MOST I/O chip OS85652, MOST INIC OS81110
The main unit has following functions: digital TV reception capability, MPEG transport stream connectivity, MPEG real-time compression functionality, and delivering all multimedia data into MOST network.
The user terminal reference hardware platform major components include Fujitsu MB86H01 processor, MOST INIC OS81110, 9 inch TFT panel
The user terminal has following functions: selecting the multimedia channels and decoding the multimedia stream from MOST network.
Comprehensive user terminal interface for each passenger can select the favorite media contents on demand
