Anti C. elegans cyclin E (CYE1, full-length recombinant protein prepared in bacteria), Line 17C8

详细技术说明
Applications  This mouse monoclonal antibody was generated againstfull-length recombinant cyclin E (CYE-1) protein and is specific for Caenorhabditis elegans CYE-1 full-lengthrecombinant protein (prepared in bacteria)and has been validated for usein WB, IF (1:100-300). Cyclin E is a member of the cyclin family of proteins, whichregulates the cell cycle through its activation of cyclin-dependent kinases.Specifically, cyclin E binds and activates the S phase Cdk2. The cyclin E–Cdk2complex promotes the G1 to S phase cell cycle transition. Overexpression ofcyclin E has been implicated in carcinomas among the gastrointestinal tract, including colon or stomach cancer as well as a marker for breast cancers.
