Cardiac Electrophysiologic Mapping and Stimulation Software
- 详细技术说明
- Title: Cardiac Electrophysiologic Mapping and Stimulation Software Invention: This invention is software developed for MATLAB capable of performing electrophysiological studies with human disease models. Background: Simulation studies aid with the advancement of cardiovascular research by complementing experimental studies. Current technologies have not utilized a proper recording method in their software. The software presented here is more accurate than competing technologies, like LabChart, and boasts novel use of recording data. Applications:In-vivo animal modelsValidating phenotypes of genetically-modified animalsStudy of cardiotoxic effects of novel therapeuticsCardiac monitoringPharmaceuticals Advantages:Able to record and analyze potential in regard to monophasic action potentials and unipolar and bipolar voltage electrogramsInterloping data into two-dimensional colormapsCapable of stimulating a chronotropic response or inducing arrhythmia Licensing Manager:Lewis HumphreysLewisH@tla.arizona.edu(520) 626-1213
