In most cases, a clear view of the surgical field is limited or requires the surgeon to operate while holding viewing tools. A preferred approach would be to use a mouth gag equipped with a fitted endoscope and high-definition adjustable camera. This new device will allow adjustment of angle and position to fit the appropriate field.
