*Abstract
In prior art, there is no known technique for effective capturing, purification and isolation of cells. Some existing cell capture techniques are available, which are associated with many possible limitations such as undesirable cellular physiological and morphological changes as well as induction of stress to captured cells. Moreover, the current state of art system (microfluidic based system) for capturing circulating tumor cells doesnΓÇÖt support/allow successful release of captured cells for further study and analysis. This approach discloses a novel, releasable magnetic cell capture system for an effective cellular separation and analysis
