- Water-assisted injection moulding is a technology for producing hollow plastic products by the injection of water inside the core of plastic melt during the injection moulding process. The technology can achieve a faster cooling cycle and produce bigger channels with smoother inner wall thickness.
HKPC developed a water-assisted injection moulding system which is an add-on module to ordinary injection moulding machines.
