- To improve the roadside air quality in Hong Kong, HKPC has developed Automatic Engine Idlestop and Supplementary Air Conditioning System (ISAC). The ISAC System stops the vehicle engine automatically under a safe and appropriate condition when the vehicle is stationary, thus reduces fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emission.
