Cognitive assessment for patients suffering from mild to moderate changes in cognition
It has been designed to measure cognitive (thinking skills), mood, social, behavioral, fine motor and balance effects through self-report, collateral report, and standardized testing through game-like activities for people who are age 10 and up. The assessments are delivered in an engaging digital interactive format, using multi‐sensory input, in order to be more sensitive to mild to moderate changes in cognition. It can assess 30 cognitive skills. Prior to in-person performance assessment, self-report questionnaires are completed securely online. The user can invite up to three people to provide their perspective in companion questionnaires. Administrators of this technology are regulated health professionals who have completed the certification course. Computerized scoring offers immediate profile of strengths and challenges
