The invention relates to the conversion of punctuation marks and quotation marks of Chinese-non-Chinese mixed texts in traditional and simplified Chinese scripts. By using this tool, users can use either simplified or traditional punctuation marks in the Chinese parts of the target version while leaving those in the non-Chinese parts unchanged. Users can also apply Chinese punctuation marks to the non-Chinese parts of the target version, or non-Chinese punctuation marks to the Chinese parts.
