Flexible amine sensor based on ultrathin poly-thiophene thin film transistor / 用於柔性胺傳感器的超薄聚塞吩薄膜晶體管
The thin film transistors (TFT) have been built on patterned flexible bilayer acid/metal oxide dielectrics polymer substrate by solution process. Based on this TFT technology, RFID tags and amine sensors have been fabricated with low cost using inexpensive molecular materials. Fabrication through solution process enables roll-to-roll printing of these products in a large scale which leads to innovative applications in modern electronics.
RFID tags can be used for tracking objects such as books, jewelry, pallets, airline baggage, apparel and pharmaceutical items. It can also be used for access control and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) application. And the sensors are important in areas ranging from clinical diagnostics (as biomarkers of specific diseases) to quality control of food products.
