The Method Employs A Peptide Analog Antisense Probe, Such As A Peptide Nucleic Acid (Pna) Probe, Which Hybridizes With Dna To Forms Complexes Having Higher Thermal Stability, But Greater Sensitivity To Base Pair Mismatches, Than Corresponding Dna/Dna Complexes.
