Monoclonal Antibody Panel Against Glycoproteins G1 and G2 of Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV, Tospovirus) (8 lines)

Detailed Technology Description
Applications Suitable for DAS-ELISA, PAS-ELISA and DIBA applications.Tomato spotted wilt tospovirus (TSWV) is the type member ofthe plant-infecting viruses of the genus Tospovirus in the family Bunyaviridae.TSWV is transmitted by thrips (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) to over 650 differentplant species in temperate and tropical regions. Once the plants infected withthe virus, they result in spotting, wilting, reduced vegetative output anddeath of the plant. Some of the crops known to be affected by the virusesinclude, peanuts, watermelons, tomatoes, zucchinis and others.
