Summary

The invention is a kind of detection method used to simultaneously detect chlamydia trachomatis (CT), neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) and ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) by using fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It belongs to the field of in-vitro diagnostics application for nucleic acid. The present invention particularly involves kind of diagnostic method used to rapidly and parallel detect three genotypes of CT/NG/UU in a PCR reaction tube by making use of multiplex fluorescent PCR technology.

Technology Application

STD CT/NG/UU triple nucleic acid detection kit developed by this project can simultaneously detect and identify CT, NG and UU in the same PCR reaction tube. The product needs less amount of the sample low cost with easy operation as well as high inspection efficiency and is the only multiplex fluorescent PCR nucleic acid detection reagent used to detect CT, NG and UU at home and abroad. It is not only suitable for various laboratory researches of research institutes and hospital clinical diagnosis, but also can be used for epidemiological investigations, population health survey and inspection and quarantine as well as early treatment and control of STD patients, providing fast and accurate inspection and reference with the great social and economic significance.
